When you use Bizup, we may also collect, use, or disclose your personal information for the purposes and procedures below or for other reasonably related purposes:
(1) When using Bizup, your personal information, such as contacts is processed only on your device. You have full control over the processing of this information. We do not access, collect, transfer, or process any of your personal data, nor do we share it with any third party for any purpose.
(2) We use the Contact List Information to schedule calls from a recent call list and message the contacts through WhatsApp and texting. We will not use your Contact List Information for any other purposes without obtaining your consent first.
(3) You may go to the "Help & feedback" section of our website to provide feedback to us. When providing feedback, you should specify the feedback category and describe your issue or suggestion or upload relevant images. You may choose to send us an error report in order for us to pinpoint your issue. You shall also provide your phone number or email address so that we will be able to contact you about your feedback at a later time. In addition, we will collect data and information on your phone which includes your device name, operation system version, device model, Configuration of the app when utilizing the service, IP address and other statistics to better identify your issue.
(4) Your personal information will only be used for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice. We will obtain your prior consent if we intend to use your personal information for purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Notice. Without your consent, we will not provide your personal information or behavioural data to any third party.
1.3 Required app permissions
1. When you use Bizup, we may request certain app permissions to collect relevant personal information about you and provide you with the related features or services. Specifically, we may request the following permissions.

(2) When a permission is turned on, you may go to the Settings app at any time to turn it off. After the permission is turned off, the related feature or service may not be available to you.
We undertake that we will not use your app permissions without your authorization or consent, or use your personal information collected based on the app permissions in scenarios to which you have not given your authorization or consent.
2. How we retain your personal information
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.
